The police officers discovered that the cause of the conflict, the villager of Bryliova, had initially cohabited with a 20-year-old girl, and then began to go out with the above mentioned 22-year-old girl, living in the same village, BelaPAN.
When the man and both of his girlfriend, the former and the current ones) happened to be together in a drunken brawl, some of the guests started to compare the girls in favour of the new passion of a young man. Ex-girlfriend considered such remarks demeaning and hit her rival in the abdomen and shoulder with a knife.
Homel voblast executive committee informed that the victim had been taken to hospital with stab wounds of the abdominal wall, a penetrating wound to the abdomen and cut wounds of the left shoulder.
Police of Homel voblast is investigating the incident.
