A Child Turned into The Song For The Universe
Leo Volodko published his old song A Child as a video clip named A Song For The Universe.
It is the very first version of the song by Leo Volodko made in 2000 and recorded in the studio of Grodno Drama Theater.
The song is dedicated to World Poetry Day.
World Poetry Day is celebrated on 21 March, and was declared by UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) in 1999. Its purpose is to promote the reading, writing, publishing and teaching of poetry throughout the world and, as the original UNESCO declaration says, to "give fresh recognition and impetus to national, regional and international poetry movements".
Once William Thomson (Lord Calvin) had to cancel a lecture and wrote on the blackboard: "Professor Tomson will not meet his classes today ". The students decided to play a trick on the professor and erased the letter "c" in the word "classes". Next day, when Thomson saw the inscription, he did not become confused, and, having erased one more letter in the same word, left the classroom.
